David Johnson

David Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and portfolio management within the technical solutions and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at HII Technical Solutions since March 2022, David previously held the position of Division Manager at Alion Science and Technology from September 2012 to March 2022. From December 2001 to September 2012, David contributed to ARINC Engineering Services, LLC as Engineering Program Manager. Educationally, David holds a Master of Applied Science in Management and Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Arts in History from Wichita State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia.
