Ryan Norris

Ryan Norris has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Ryan began their career as a Research Assistant at Draper in 1996. Ryan then joined the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer & Engineering Duty Officer, serving from 1996 to 2004. In 2004, Ryan joined AMSEC LLC, where they held multiple positions including Quality Manager, Senior Program Manager, Division Manager, and Director of Business Development, before leaving in 2016. Since 2016, Ryan has been working at HII Technical Solutions, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries. Ryan initially served as Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for Fleet Support Group until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Ryan worked as the Senior Director of the Fleet Sustainment Business Area. Currently, they hold the role of President of the Fleet Sustainment Business Unit at HII Technical Solutions.

Ryan Norris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy from 1992 to 1996. Ryan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1996 to 1998. In 2014, Ryan completed their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business. No specific field of study was provided for their M.B.A. degree.
