MP Spierer is an experienced executive and engineer currently serving as the CEO of P&S Machining & Fabrication, specializing in CNC machining and precision sheet metal fabrication services. As the founder and manager of Camber Peak, LLC, an investment firm focused on enhancing small businesses, MP Spierer has a strong entrepreneurial background. Previous roles include principal at Forge Partners, a private equity firm, and senior product development engineer at Levolor, among others in notable companies such as Caterpillar Inc. and NAVSEA. MP Spierer holds an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering (MS and BS) from North Carolina State University.
