Param Shah

Param Shah is an experienced quality engineer with a strong background in risk management and quality assurance in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Camber Spine since October 2020, Param has developed various risk management and quality plans, updated processes to align with ISO standards, and collaborated with marketing for product feedback initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at MAETRICS and DePuy Synthes Companies, where responsibilities encompassed creating risk management reports, conducting hazard analyses, and managing product complaints.
