Jamilah Saliu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Cambia Health Solutions since August 2022, Jamilah previously held the position of Talent Advisory Partner (HRBP Director) at Pegasystems, where strategic talent solutions were provided to enhance business performance. Jamilah’s prior tenure at IBM spanned over 14 years, encompassing roles such as Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Strategic HR Business Partner, where significant contributions were made in diversity initiatives and workforce development. Jamilah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Mercy University.
