Joy Untalan

Joy Untalan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process optimization. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Operational Excellence Consultant at Cambia Health Solutions since September 2021, Joy has also held pivotal roles at GuideWell since May 2011, including Senior Manager of Process Optimization and Senior Manager of Enterprise Optimization, where focus areas included member experience and affordability. Joy's background includes significant contributions as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant at Florida Blue and earlier roles in disaster planning, regional coordination, and organizational development with organizations such as the Peace Corps and Habitat for Humanity Jamaica. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
