Kathleen Callahan, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Commercial Market Excellence at Cambia Health Solutions, where leadership is provided to a high-performing team focused on sustainable growth in commercial markets. Prior to this role, Kathleen held senior management positions at Healthcare Management Administrators, directing product management and strategy initiatives that supported market expansion. Experience also includes program management at Symetra, where a comprehensive Customer Communications Management strategy was developed, and significant contributions to Microsoft's digital distribution and retail strategies across various product lines. Kathleen's earlier career included marketing roles at Constellation Brands and Eddie Bauer Corporation, and military service as a Captain in Military Intelligence with the U.S. Army. Kathleen holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Seattle University and a BA in Communication and Art from Santa Clara University.
