Kristen Erbes

Kristen Erbes is an experienced compliance and privacy professional with a substantial background in both public service and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, and Ethics Officer at Cambia Health Solutions since July 2010, Kristen previously held the position of Deputy Ombudsman for the City of Portland from October 2004 to July 2010. Prior to that, Kristen was the Executive Director of the Oregon Mediation Association from February 2002 to September 2004. Kristen Erbes holds a Bachelor of Science in Dispute Resolution & Psychology from Syracuse University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
