Barron Cline

Barron Cline has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Barron currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Cambio Communities since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Sr. Vice President of Acquisitions & Reporting at Cambio Communities from April 2021 to August 2022, and as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Reporting from September 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Cambio Communities, Barron worked at Meritus Communities as an Acquisitions Manager from June 2017 to September 2020. Meritus Communities focuses on providing exceptional living experiences in affordable manufactured housing communities.

Prior to their tenure at Meritus Communities, Barron worked as a Senior Acquisitions/Financial Analyst at RHP Properties from May 2014 to May 2017. RHP Properties specializes in the acquisition and professional management of manufactured home and apartment communities.

Barron also gained experience as a Property Manager at Grand Sakwa Properties, LLC from September 2012 to April 2014. Additionally, they served as a Property Accountant and Project Manager at Portfolio Property Management Global, LLC from May 2011 to July 2012 and from September 2010 to May 2011, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Barron worked as an Assistant Property Manager at DTN Management from January 2010 to September 2010. Barron began their professional journey as an Intern at Signature Associates, Inc. Real Estate from June 2008 to June 2009.

Throughout their career, Barron has demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, financial analysis, property management, and reporting.

Barron Cline attended Michigan State University from 2006 to 2010 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
