Frida Fridell (fd Andersson)

Frida Fridell (fd Andersson) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Frida currently works at Cambio Group as a People Success Partner (HRBP) and previously held the role of People Success Generalist. Before joining Cambio Group, Frida worked at Cybercom Group as an HR-partner & Talent Acquisition specialist, where they were responsible for driving the HR agenda for site Linköping. Frida was also a member of the Linköping management team and the central HR team within Cybercom Sweden. Prior to that, Frida worked at Academic Work Sweden as a Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and provided consultancy services to clients on personnel supply. Frida also worked as a Sourcer, responsible for executive search and increasing the candidate flow.

Frida's professional journey also includes working at Siemens as part of the Talent Acquisition team, where they focused on employer branding, internal recruitment, and project management for recruiting summer workers and thesis workers. Frida began their career at Adecco Sverige as a Rekryterare, managing the recruitment process and collaborating with candidates and clients. Frida also worked as a Student Ambassador/Employer Branding specialist, promoting Adecco to students at Linköping University. Additionally, they have experience as an Administrator, providing receptionist and administrative support at various organizations through Proffice.

Throughout their career, Frida Fridell has developed strong skills in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, employer branding, and customer service.

Frida Fridell (fd Andersson) obtained a Kandidatexamen in Personal- och arbetsvetenskap (Human Resources and Work Science) from Linköpings universitet / Linköping University between the years 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Vadstenagymnasiet from 2005 to 2008, where they studied in the Samhällsvetenskapliga programmet med branschanknuten turismutbildning (Social Sciences Program with tourism education).

In addition to their formal education, Frida Fridell also obtained a certification as a Certified IT Delivery Professional from Academic Work Sweden in March 2017.
