Jacob Nilsson

Jacob Nilsson began their career at Kriminalvården in 2019 as a Produktionsledare and later became a Praktikant där han arbetade på sektionen för chefs- och personalförsörjning. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at IFK Örebro Dam as a Huvudtränare. In 2021, they joined GT Söder as a Handbollstränare. Jacob then worked at Sopra Steria from December 2020 to August 2022, first as a Talent Search and later as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2022, they joined Valsea Sverige as a Talent Acquisition Partner and in 2023, they joined Cambio Group in the same role.

Jacob Nilsson attended Örebro University from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Personalvetare. Additionally, from 2019 to 2020, they attended the Tränarskolan steg 3 program at Svenska Handbollsförbundet, focusing on Ledarskap (Leadership).
