Martin Rehn

Martin Rehn has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Martin started their career as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Manager at Dfind IT from 2013 to 2016, where they specialized in recruiting IT specialists and developing client relationships. Martin then worked at Semcon as a Team Lead in Recruitment and Employer Branding from 2016 to 2017, leading a team of recruiters and supporting managers in the recruitment process. Martin also worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at HCM Partner AB in 2017, focusing on headhunting and recruiting IT specialists. From 2018 to 2021, they returned to Dfind IT as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Manager, working with clients across various industries and successfully filling positions in IT. Martin joined Voyado in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the tech organization. And currently, they are working at Cambio Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in conducting interviews, sourcing top talent, and managing offer negotiations and onboarding.

Martin Rehn studied at Affärshögskolan from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Market-Oriented Business Sales. Martin obtained additional certifications, including MAP och Matrigma from Assessio in October 2018, as well as OPQ/Verify/MQ Training from CEB in November 2015.
