Martin Rehn has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Martin started their career as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Manager at Dfind IT from 2013 to 2016, where they specialized in recruiting IT specialists and developing client relationships. Martin then worked at Semcon as a Team Lead in Recruitment and Employer Branding from 2016 to 2017, leading a team of recruiters and supporting managers in the recruitment process. Martin also worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at HCM Partner AB in 2017, focusing on headhunting and recruiting IT specialists. From 2018 to 2021, they returned to Dfind IT as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Manager, working with clients across various industries and successfully filling positions in IT.
