Sara Bärneman

Sara Bärneman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Sara began their career at PC PAL as a Documentation Specialist from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they worked as a Bokare på beställningscentral at Samtrans Skol- & Handikapptransporter Stockholm AB from 2010 to 2014. Sara then joined Karlstads Kommun as an Administratör/receptionist och träninginstruktör for a brief period in 2014. After that, they returned to Samtrans Skol- & Handikapptransporter Stockholm AB, this time as an HR Generalist/Utbildningsadministratör, handling tasks such as updating the company's personnel handbook and managing recruitment projects from 2014 to 2015. Sara then worked as an HR-ansvarig at TransportIT Group AB from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for all HR-related matters and was part of the management team. From 2017 to 2021, they served as an HR Business Partner at Office Depot Sweden, focusing on areas such as organizational development, performance management, employee well-being, and sustainability. Sara also worked on sustainability initiatives within the HR department. Sara then joined Wise Consulting AB in 2021 as an HR Consultant, working on various HR and people-related questions in roles such as HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Sara also took on the role of Chief People Officer at Hedvig from 2021 to 2022, where they handled all aspects of people management and led a team of five employees. Currently, Sara is working as a People Success Partner at Cambio Group, starting in 2023.

Sara Bärneman has a solid educational background. Sara obtained a Filosofie magisterexamen (Master of Philosophy) in Projektledning (Project Management) from Karlstad University in the year 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Filosofie kandidatexamen (Bachelor of Philosophy) in Arbetsvetenskap (Work Science) from the same university, graduating in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Sara has also obtained several certifications. Sara completed the DISC certification from PulsAnalys DISC in September 2019, the OPQ + Verify certification from CEB (now Gartner) in February 2018, and the Netigate Feedback Platform certification from Netigate in January 2018. These additional certifications showcase their commitment to professional development and expanding their skill set.
