Snehal Pathak

Snehal Pathak has extensive experience in the field of education assessment and business development. From 2020 onwards, Snehal has been working as the Director of Proposals and Business Support at Cambium Assessment, where they manage multi-million-dollar proposals for statewide education assessment delivery and software solutions. Snehal leads, plans, and oversees the timely development and submission of high-quality proposals to state departments of education. Prior to this, Snehal held various roles at American Institutes for Research (AIR) from 2012 to 2019, including Senior Manager and Manager of Business Development for AIR Assessment. In these roles, they managed project plan development, formulated bid strategies, and developed key messaging for AIR's Assessment Program. Snehal also has prior experience as a Lead Program Coordinator at PowerMyLearning, where they implemented programs to help students improve their educational outcomes. Snehal has also worked as an Expeditionary Learning Associate at Codman Academy Charter Public School, advising students and supporting teachers in implementing experiential learning components. Snehal's earlier experience includes roles as a Teacher at Ivy League School and as an Intern at the U.S. Department of Education. Snehal holds a Program Officer position at UC Irvine, where they led a team in developing an International Relations and Globalization curriculum aligned with California content standards. Snehal Pathak has a degree in Ed.M. with a field of study in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Additionally, Snehal Pathak has a B.A. in Sociology and Management from UC Irvine. Prior to that, Snehal Pathak studied Sociology at Delhi University.
