Penni Phelps

Penni Phelps is an experienced education professional who has held various roles in curriculum development and sales within the education industry. Penni has been involved in creating and developing literacy programs for national distribution, managing schedules and budgets, conducting focus groups to develop new products, and assisting in the creation of marketing materials. Penni has a Masters in Education from Austin College and a B.A. in Psychology.
