Brad Pilsl

Brad Pilsl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brad started their career in the US Navy, serving as a Commissioned Officer and Naval Flight Officer for nearly three decades. During their time in the Navy, they held multiple leadership positions, including Squadron Operations Officer and Staff Officer on 4-star Navy and Joint Staffs.

After retiring from the Navy, Brad ventured into the private sector, taking up roles such as President and CEO of 6P Pacific Consulting, Inc., where they provided business development, tech scouting, and strategic consulting services. Brad also served as Vice President of Business Development at RaceRocks 3D, focusing on expanding international business in the US. Brad successfully led proposal efforts and secured contracts in various markets, including technology-enabled learning for corporate, government, and international clients.

Brad has also held roles in large corporations like Booz Allen Hamilton and L3 Technologies. At Booz Allen Hamilton, they built an entire business line from scratch, driving revenue generation within three months. Brad also established and led a new team targeting high-margin growth in C5ISR markets. At L3 Technologies, Brad served as a Senior Project Manager, successfully meeting contract requirements for the Missile Defense Agency.

More recently, Brad was the Vice President of CP Aeronautics Business Unit under CP Aeronautics, where they managed P&L, strategic partnerships, business development, and senior customer relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Sales Director for the Global Defense and Security division at Cambium Networks.

Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated strong leadership, business development, and strategic skills, as well as the ability to overcome challenges and build positive client relationships.

Brad Pilsl has a Master of Science - MS in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed from 2001 to 2003. Brad also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Phoenix San Diego Main Campus, completed from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science and Anthropology from The University of Kansas, completed from 1990 to 1994. Brad has additional certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance and an Earned Value Management System Certification from L3 Technologies.
