VP, Sales APAC at Cambium Networks

Himanshu Motial has more than 20 years of experience in building new business and partner ecosystems in the Asia Pacific region’s IT and telecom sectors. Prior to joining Cambium Networks, Himanshu spent 12 years at Microsoft in various sales leadership roles. He worked different business units, including Microsoft’s OEM business and Productivity Solutions, leading the Asia emerging markets strategy and business for the latter. Most recently, he served as Director Asia Pacific for Microsoft’s Operator Cloud Services division where he was responsible for signing and managing strategic partnerships with telecom operators to jointly invest in and build cloud services in Asia.

Before Microsoft, Himanshu was Lucent India’s General Manager, GSM Business Development, responsible for P&L of its GSM business group. He played a key role in securing Lucent for BSNL’s nationwide 2G rollout. He started his career in the IT industry working for Wipro, moving on to HP in India where he set up and managed channel ecosystems and national distribution.

Himanshu graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
