Regional Sales Director – Southern Europe at Cambium Networks

Marco Olivieri has extensive work experience in the sales and channel management field, with a focus on the technology sector. Marco currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for Southern Europe at Cambium Networks, where they are responsible for driving business development and profitability in the region. Prior to this role, they held the position of Regional Sales Director for Italy at Cambium Networks.

Before joining Cambium Networks, Marco worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Channel Lead for the HPE Aruba division in Italy. There, they were responsible for managing the integration of HPN and Aruba channel business, ensuring business continuity and growth. Marco handled various responsibilities, including people management, business planning, partner development, education management, and collaboration with internal teams and alliances.

Marco also gained experience at Aruba Networks, an HP company, where they served as a Channel Manager. Additionally, they worked at Elmat Spa as a Brand Manager, responsible for business development, sales and pre-sales activities, vendor management, and marketing activities for multiple brands.

In the early stages of their career, Marco worked at Tech Data as a Business Development Manager for Nortel Networks brand, and at Reteco as a Key Account Manager, focusing on managing important customers and developing business in the ICT sector.

Marco Olivieri completed their education in the field of Telecommunication Engineering. Marco obtained a Master's degree from the University of Trento in 2004. Marco also completed a project focused on Telecommunication Engineering at I.T.C. Irst - The Trentino Cultural Institute in Trento, Italy in the year 2001. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Trento, which they completed in 2001. In 2002, they studied Ingeniería de Telecomunicationes at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) for one year.
