Rob Mellencamp

Vice President, Software Engineering at Cambium Networks

Rob Mellencamp has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rob held various leadership roles in different companies. At Cambium Networks, they were the Vice President of Software Engineering, where they led the scaling of the cloud management system and integration of multiple wireless products. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Software Engineering, responsible for designing and building a cloud-based network management application. At Motorola Solutions, they served as the Director of Software Engineering and implemented WLAN hierarchical administration infrastructure and BLE smartphone locationing solution. Rob also worked at Nortel as an R&D Manager, overseeing multiple security product lines. Additionally, they had brief stints as a Senior Software Engineer at Brodia and as a Member of Technical Staff at Sun Microsystems.

Rob Mellencamp has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Rob also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Brown University.
