Shashi Hosakere

Shashi Hosakere has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Since August 2020, Shashi has been serving as the Director of Engineering at Cambium Networks. Prior to this, from April 2015 to August 2020, Shashi worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Everest Networks Inc. Shashi also has experience at Avaya, where they held the position of Engineering Manager from January 2009 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, Shashi served as the Lead Software Engineer at Nortel Networks from October 2007 to January 2009, and as a Senior Member Technical Staff at LSI Corporation from July 2005 to September 2007. Shashi started their career at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2004 to July 2005, and later worked at Inspiration Technologies as a Member Technical Staff from December 2001 to December 2003. Before that, Shashi worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies from July 2000 to November 2001, and as a Software Engineer at KTwo Technology Solutions from March 1999 to May 2000.

Shashi Hosakere holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Systems Analysis and Computer Application from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from P E S College of Engineering. They have also obtained certifications in Machine Learning from Coursera, including Machine Learning: Classification, Machine Learning: Regression, and Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach in the year 2016.
