Nate Monroe

Nate Monroe is an experienced aerospace and materials engineer with a robust background in product management and technical sales, currently serving as Vice President of Composite Product at Cambium since March 2023. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Redwire Space and Materials & Process Engineer IV at Toray Composite Materials America, Inc., where technical sales and business development efforts focused on the eVTOL and urban air mobility sectors. Nate has extensive experience leading engineering teams and managing projects for Virgin Galactic at The Spaceship Company, where key achievements included reducing non-conformance reports for SpaceShipTwo and establishing material specifications for commercial spacecraft. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Aviation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, complemented by a Nanodegree from Udacity in Flying Car and Autonomous Flight Engineering.
