Sarah Allen

Sarah Allen is an experienced English language educator with a diverse background in teaching both online and in classroom settings. Currently serving as an English Second Language Tutor at Cambly Inc. since June 2022, Sarah has taught students from various countries and age groups. Previous roles include TEFL teacher positions at institutions such as the Instituta de Linguas and the Centre of English Studies, where responsibilities included curriculum design and exam preparation for students aged 12 to adult. Sarah's teaching journey began with a focus on young learners, progressing through academic coaching for university students in high-level studies, and culminated in roles that emphasize interactive and engaging teaching methods. Educational qualifications include a CELTA, an MCert in Person-centred Counselling, and a PGCE in Drama and English.
