Guillaume started their career as an M&A Analyst at Aristea in January 2007. There, they worked on various M&A transactions, including advising a leading French network of travel agencies on the acquisition of a tour operator. In September 2007, they left Aristea to join Orange's Corporate M&A department as an M&A Analyst. There, they worked on the acquisition of a minority stake in an IT company by France Telecom.

In April 2008, Guillaume left Orange to join Grant Thornton Corporate Finance - M&A Team as an M&A Associate. During their time there, they advised on various transactions, such as the sale of Mediaprism to Mediapost (La Poste Group), the acquisition of Aurenis by Barclays Private Equity, and the acquisition of Safig by Jouve. Guillaume also provided fairness opinions to a private equity firm on the acquisition of a technology provider for car washing and to France Telecom on the acquisition of a minority stake in an IT company.

In February 2011, Guillaume left Grant Thornton to join Cambon Partners as a Partner.

Guillaume Eymar pursued a specialized master in International Project Management at ESCP Business School. Guillaume then went on to earn a Master in Management - Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Guillaume's focus is in the field of management, specifically finances.
