Mostapha Bouras is currently a Business Development professional at Cambon Partners. Prior to this role, they worked as an M&A Associate at Financière Cambon from 2006 to 2009. Furthermore, they analyzed and synthesized information on quantitative and qualitative criteria, and produced supporting documents such as NDA’s, LOI’s, Process Letters, Teasers, Management Presentations, and Memorandums of Information. Mostapha also modeled and evaluated finances (using Business Plans, attestations of equity, retrocession models, etc.) using a multi-criteria/multi-scenario approach and built a negotiation argument. During the due diligence phases, they gathered documents and information, organized consultations, and responded to questions. Lastly, they negotiated and supervised the legal aspects (term sheets, SPA’s, GAP).

Mostapha Bouras attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
