Nicolas Pirot

Nicolas Pirot is the current Director at Cambon Partners. Prior to this, they worked as an M&A Associate & Vice-President TMT at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC from July 2010 to December 2016. Some selected transactions during their time there include Atelka Enterprise Inc. / Teletech Holdings, Spiral Group / Aurea (Versata), Avensys Solutions Inc. (3SP Group), Groupe Ocean / CDPQ, and Pol R Enterprises Inc. / Desjardins Capital.

Before their time at KPMG, Pirot was an Investment analyst (intern position) at SPARRING CAPITAL from September 2008 to June 2010. Nicolas's responsibilities there included working with Sparring Capital / Perfectis Private Equity.
