Yahia Sarif

Yahia Sarif discovered the world of M&A during his first job as a consultant at KPMG, where he worked with investment bankers on due diligence (sales, mergers, and restructuring). This is how he became passionate about this profession, which is deeply impactful to clients and requires a broad range of qualities such as empathy, technical complexity, and transversality.

He then decided to leave his job to resume his studies at Emlyon Business School in the field of Investment Banking & Corporate Finance, with the aim of joining the ranks of a renowned investment bank and thus participating in the transformation of the economic landscape.

After his first M&A experience at Advisor Partners, he joined Cambon Partners in 2022 to accompany the leaders of growth companies in the realization of their entrepreneurial and patrimonial projects. As soon as he arrived at Cambon, he quickly recognized the distinctiveness of this firm within its core values, tailored counsel, and unparalleled execution capability.
