Stephanie Karaczun, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Cambrex, a CDMO specializing in drug substance, drug product, and analytical services, since October 2021. In this role, Stephanie focuses on recruiting top talent across various departments, including Analytical Research & Development, Chemical Development, and Quality Assurance. Prior to Cambrex, Stephanie was a Senior Recruiter at FPC - Fortune Personnel Consultants from June 2013 to October 2021, where recruitment efforts centered on Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive Industries. Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida between 2009 and 2013.
