Ellen Kumata

Ellen Kumata has a strong background in consulting and leadership roles. Ellen started their career as a Principal at McBer and Company in 1983, where they worked until 1988. In 1988, they joined Cambria Consulting as a Managing Partner, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Advisor at Cambria Consulting.

Ellen Kumata has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Ellen also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Wayne State University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics.
