Additionally, Krisann worked at Wachovia Bank from 1993 to 2007, where roles included Diversity Practitioner, Organizational Consultant, and Vice President. Krisann holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Sofia University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Kentucky.
