Steve Neubert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and organizational development. As a Founding Partner at Cambria Consulting since 1985, Steve has specialized in designing and implementing competency-based talent acquisition and management programs for diverse private and public sector clients. Previously, as Vice President at McBer & Company, Steve contributed to leadership training for the US Navy's LMET program and managed various competency-based programs for the private sector. Steve began their career as an Administrator at The School We Have/Identity, Inc., focusing on therapeutic programs for adolescents, and served as a Consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc., where efforts included enhancing R&D implementation success and evaluating federally-funded programs. Steve holds a BA and an MBA in Social Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Harvard University.
