Susan Johnson O'Neil

Susan Johnson O'Neil is an experienced professional in executive coaching and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Principal of Executive Coaching at Cambria Consulting, Inc. since 2021, Susan previously held roles including Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Design at Bon Secours Mercy Health from 2019 to 2021, and Principal at Points Ahead from 2009 to 2020.
