Lynn has a proven track record in redesigning tools for the pharmacy sector, developing user-focused research strategies, and conducting comprehensive user interviews. With past positions including Senior Product Designer at BT and a Director at Experience Design LTD, Lynn has successfully led various B2B and B2C projects, enhancing customer experiences and transforming design approaches across organizations. Lynn possesses a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's degree in Design from Goldsmiths, University of London, as well as an A Level in Fine Art and Art History.
