Cole Drussa has over 18 years of experience in process improvement and quality management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Engineer at Cambridge Engineering since July 2016, Cole previously held key positions including Quality Manager at Baldor Electric Company and Area Manager at Global Brass & Copper Inc. Expertise includes driving operational excellence, implementing continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing tools, and developing quality systems to meet ISO standards. Cole's educational background includes an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
