Andrew Leon Hanna is a founder and leader dedicated to empowering underserved small-business entrepreneurs globally through Mona, an initiative incubated at Stanford, where Andrew received the Stanford GSB IDIF Fellowship and the Knight-Hennessy Scholars KHeystone grant. As an adjunct professor and executive-in-residence at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Andrew designed and teaches a course that connects students with social venture leaders. Additionally, Andrew is an author for Cambridge University Press, recognized as a Financial Times Best Book of the Year, and previously served as a senior advisor on the founding team of Sora, focusing on financial accessibility for families. As co-founder of DreamxAmerica, Andrew utilized storytelling to support immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs, and held various strategic roles at McKinsey & Company, advising on youth employment and corporate strategies. Andrew's academic credentials include a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Stanford University, and a bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
