Ramona Saraoru

Ramona Saraoru is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in education and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Cambridge University Press & Assessment since August 2025, Ramona leads and manages research projects while authoring high-quality academic reports and papers. Prior to this role, Ramona was Co-President of the Faculty of Education Research Students Association at the University of Cambridge, enhancing the academic experience for research students. Ramona also held various positions at the University of Sussex, City, University of London, ADEK, CERT, CfBT, and taught English and supported students with special educational needs in both the UK and Qatar. Ramona's educational background includes a PhD in Education from the University of Cambridge and master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Educational Marketing, complemented by a BA in English and Spanish.
