Robin MacPherson

Robin Macpherson is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Head of College at Robert Gordon's College since August 2020. In addition, Robin is the Chair of the GAIL Executive Group of Principals and the Content Director for EduMod, the first education festival at the Edinburgh Fringe. Contributions as an author include works with Learning Sciences International, John Catt Educational Ltd, and Cambridge University Press. Robin also has a history of organizing researchED conferences and has held significant roles at Dollar Academy and Wellington College, emphasizing professional development and history education. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Oxford, a Master's degree in Scottish history from The University of Edinburgh, and a leadership program from the University of Stirling.
