Sweet Gill D'Apollonio Maurizio Dining is an accomplished Senior Video Producer at Cambridge University Press & Assessment since March 2022, and co-founder of Maurizio Dining & Co. since August 2016. With extensive experience in video production and creative content development, Sweet Gill has also freelanced since 2012, producing various promotional and documentary projects. Previous roles include Video Producer and Director at Cambridge Assessment International Education from 2007 to April 2022, and PR Coordinator at Cambridge International Examinations from 2005 to 2007. Sweet Gill founded and directed the organic café Mango Organico from 2002 to 2005, and has worked in multiple positions in television production, including features producer for ITV and senior games researcher for BBC. Educational qualifications include a Post-Grad Diploma in Factual Development and Production from the National Film and Television School, and a BA Hons in Cultural Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
