Tom Bartram

Tom Bartram is a Senior Bid Manager for MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa at The Partnership for Education, Cambridge University Press and Assessment, bringing 16 years of experience in business development and bid management within the international development and higher education sectors. They have excelled in managing multi-million pound proposals, collaborating with prominent donors such as FCDO, EU, and IDRC. Tom's previous roles include Senior Institutional Fundraiser at The Open University, where they provided support for research funding proposals and led a successful £6m bid for an extended reality studio. They also served as Business Development Manager at Cambridge Education, achieving significant win rates on major educational proposals. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Religious Studies from the University of Chester and is currently completing a leadership module at The Open University.
