Haley Doherty

Haley Doherty serves as the Assistant Operations Manager at Cambridge Associates since March 2025. Prior to this role, Haley spent nearly seven years at STR, where significant contributions included creating and implementing a New Hire Welcome Series for 125 new hires, establishing a Toastmasters club, and developing Manager Essentials training alongside external consultants. Earlier experience includes positions such as Human Resources Coordinator and Administrator, where Haley facilitated diverse recruiting efforts, managed onboarding processes, and promoted diversity and inclusion initiatives. Haley's background also features an externship at Aramark Refreshment Services and a Human Resources internship at Mass General Brigham, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from James Madison University.
