Povilas Uogintas has a diverse work experience history. Povilas began their career as a Teacher's Assistant at the National Art & Design Saturday Club / The Sorrell Foundation in January 2011 and ended in June 2012. Following this, they worked as a Student Ambassador at the University for the Creative Arts from October 2010 to July 2012. Povilas then became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the same university, running workshops on various software programs such as Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Processing, and HTML from January 2012 to October 2012.

Povilas then took on the role of Freelance Designer/Self-Employed from September 2012 to August 2013. During this time, they worked as a Freelance Designer, taking on various design projects.

From September 2013 to April 2015, Povilas worked as a Digital Designer at Cambridge Audio, focusing on developing and improving their online presence. This included creating email campaigns, PPC ads, and developing a new Drupal website. Povilas then moved on to the position of Lead Web Developer from April 2015 to January 2021, where they led a development team responsible for the Drupal-powered Cambridge Audio site and other Drupal 8 platforms. Povilas handled heavy custom theme and module modifications.

Following this, Povilas became a Lead Senior Web Developer at Cambridge Audio from January 2021 to March 2022, before transitioning to their current role as the Head of Web Development starting in March 2022.

Povilas Uogintas completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Siauliai Didzdvaris gymnasium where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. Povilas'sareas of study included Physics HL, English HL, Lithuanian A SL, Biology SL, Mathematics HL, and Economics SL. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2012, Povilas Uogintas enrolled at the University for the Creative Arts. Povilas earned a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design: New Media during their time there.
