Charlene Moodliar has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. Charlene began their career at Tesco PLC as a Checkout Assistant before moving on to work as a Tele Sales Executive at Blue Donkey. In 2008, they joined FDS Fieldforce Marketing as a Field Sales Executive, where they managed independent retail outlets. Later that year, they joined Play.com as a Marketing Account Executive and eventually became a Category Account Manager, managing a team of 6 executives and handling key projects.

In 2013, Charlene joined SSP Limited as a Category Activity Manager before moving on to Flag Communication Ltd in 2014 as a Senior Account Manager, where they managed high-profile clients and oversaw schedules. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Cambridge Commodities, initially as a Senior Account Manager, then as the Head of UK Sales, and finally as the Head of Sector UK Sales for Food & Beverage, Pet, and Equine. Charlene'sresponsibilities included managing a portfolio of clients, analyzing account portfolios, and working with various departments to deliver products.

Currently, Charlene works at G's Group as a Category Manager, where they began in 2023.

Charlene Moodliar completed their Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended City of Ely Sixth Form from 2002 to 2004, and City of Ely College from 1999 to 2002.
