Tom Stevens MBA MSt has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Tom'smost recent role was as a Trustee at the Cambridge Commodities Charitable Trust, starting in June 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Director at Cambridge Commodities Ltd, starting in January 2017. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Director of Test Evens Ltd.

Tom also held positions at Biffa as the Operations Workstream Lead, where they played a crucial role in the design phase of an AX Dynamics transformation project. As a Senior Consultant at Bubble group, they supported the successful implementation of a New Product Development Project Process and Portfolio Management software for DePuy Synthes.

Before that, Tom worked as the Head of Operations at Hayman ltd from 2011 to 2014. Tom also has experience as the Head of Beet Sugar Operations at Silver Spoon, where they successfully established operations and achieved British Retail Consortium grade A within a few months of opening.

Additionally, they were appointed as Director of subsidiary and JV companies in Indonesia and Malaysia during their tenure.

Tom Stevens holds a Bachelor of Science (Bsc Hons) degree in Life Science from the University of Westminster, which they obtained between 1986 and 1989. Tom then pursued an MBA in Industrial Outsourcing at Henley Business School from 1997 to 2000. Furthermore, they completed a Masters degree in Manufacturing Leadership at the University of Cambridge from 2003 to 2005.
