Alex Maret

Alex Maret has several years of experience in various roles within the engineering and robotics industry. They are currently serving as the Vice President of Robotics & Digital Surgery at Cambridge Consultants. Prior to this, Alex worked at Asensus Surgical where they held positions such as Sr. Manager of R&D and Program Lead, Manager of Technology Development, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. Before their time at Asensus Surgical, Alex worked as an Aerospace Design Engineer at Parker Aerospace Filtration and as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Associate Mechanical Design Engineer at Pratt & Whitney. Alex also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Tegra Medical, where they worked on process development and manufacturing engineering projects.

Alex Maret completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Alex obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
