Hong Qian

Hong Qian has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and innovation industry. Hong is currently working as a Technology Strategy Lead at Cambridge Consultants since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Oakland Innovation (Science Group) from August 2010 to December 2020. Hong also served as a Project Manager at Queen Mary Innovation Ltd from September 2007 to August 2010 and as a Consultant at Oakland Innovation from April 2006 to August 2007. Hong Qian started their career as an R&D Scientist at ColorMatrix Europe (Polyone) from November 2004 to March 2006.

Hong Qian holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Heriot-Watt University. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc/MSc in Polymer Chemistry from Nankai University. Hong Qian also pursued MBA Study at The Open University, with a focus on the Fundamentals of Senior Management and Business Strategy.
