Martin Brock

Martin Brock began their work experience in 2001 as a Technical Manager at ADC Theatre, Cambridge. In 2003, they joined Polatis Ltd. as an R&D Engineer, and later became the Technology Lead and Project Manager for Wavelength Switches. In 2006, they moved to Cambridge Consultants, where they held various roles including Principal Engineer, Senior Consultant, Group Leader, and Head of Technology - Industrial, Consumer and Energy. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Head of Industrial, Consumer and Energy Business Unit, overseeing a team of 180+ engineers, scientists, and consultants. Martin also had a role in Photonics Investment and is currently the Chief Technology Officer. Martin has contributed to the growth of revenue and profits in their positions, with a particular focus on business strategy and senior recruitment and development.

Martin Brock attended the University of Cambridge from 1997 to 2001, where they completed a degree in Natural Sciences (Physics), earning the degree of M.Sci.
