Mark Smith

Mark Smith has a wealth of experience in the banking industry. Mark started their career at Barclays Bank in 1984, holding various roles including Local Business Manager. Mark then worked at HBOS as a Business Development Manager before joining Alliance & Leiecester as a Senior Commercial Mortgage Manager. After that, they served as a Lending Manager at Aldermore Bank PLC, a Commercial Lending Manager at Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, and a Local Business Manager at Banco Santander. Currently, they are working at Cambridge & Counties Bank, where they have held positions such as Senior Credit Underwriter, Head of Underwriting, and currently, Head of Credit.

Mark Smith completed a Banking Diploma at De Montfort University from 1988 to 2000. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1988, they also pursued a Banking Diploma at the University of West London.
