Regional Marketing and Sales Enablement at Cambridge Epigenetix

Gianina LaChapelle has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gianina began their career in 2004 as a Disability Rights Advocate, investigating and advocating for individuals with disabilities who were denied access to academic and related services. Gianina then worked as a Case Manager at College Community Services, managing client files and creating treatment plans for child and adult clients. In 2006, Gianina served as a Key Volunteer Advisor for the United States Marine Corps, where they developed and implemented a successful fundraising program. Gianina also worked as a Business Systems Coordinator II at Infinity Technology Inc., leading a change project that resulted in the full automation of aircraft maintenance logs for NASA and Air Force installations.

Gianina's marketing and operations experience include roles at Invitrogen (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they managed marketing, demonstrated instruments, and collaborated with various departments to create marketing campaigns. Gianina also served as a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager at Twist Bioscience, where they supported strategic marketing processes and transformation initiatives.

From 2017 to 2019, Gianina worked as a Per Diem Project Consultant at Badger Defense Group, Inc., where they assisted in facilitating projects and provided strategic direction for resolving critical problems.

Gianina'smost recent roles include Sr. Manager, Field Enablement and Learning Experience at Berkeley Lights, where they managed field enablement and learning for the Commercial Organization, and their current role as Regional Marketing and Sales Enablement at Cambridge Epigenetix. In these positions, Gianina focused on driving organizational enablement, facilitating assessments for sales strategies, and prioritizing collateral enablement.

Throughout their various roles, Gianina has demonstrated their ability to manage operational practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive strategic initiatives.

Gianina LaChapelle completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Saint Mary's College of California, from 1997 to 2001.
