Helena McDonnell

Helena McDonnell is an experienced professional with a strong background in family business governance and succession planning, currently serving as a Partner at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise since May 2011. Helena also holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Espaço Kurma since March 2010. Prior to these roles, Helena was the Head of Private Banking Brazil at HSBC Bank Brasil from 2007 to February 2011 and served in various leadership positions at HSBC Private Bank from 2002 to 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as LATAM Sales Head at RBC from 1999 to 2001. Helena McDonnell holds an Executive Master in Business and Change Management from both Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and HEC Paris, as well as a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Instituto Unificado Paulista.
