Steve Stulck

Steve Stulck is the Founder and President of Northern Light Consulting, a firm dedicated to facilitating organizational and individual transitions since 2001. Alongside this role, Steve serves as Principal Consultant at Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, providing long-term advisory services to business families on generational transitions and talent building. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Keystone Partners, CSC Index, and The DiBianca Berkman Group, as well as leadership positions in organizational development at Rohm & Haas Electronic Materials, ITP Boston, and Polaroid Corporation. Steve holds an Ed. D. in Organizational Behavior & Adult Learning from Harvard University and additional degrees from The Ohio State University and UC Santa Barbara.
