Alexandria Harmon

Alexandria Harmon, LICSW, CCM is a seasoned Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in high-risk patient care and mental health interventions. Currently managing complex care at Cambridge Health Alliance since January 2013 and operating a private practice since November 2024, Alexandria has demonstrated expertise in working with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient quality of life through mental health and substance abuse screenings. Previous roles include serving as a clinician and SASS Program Coordinator at North Charles, Inc., where Alexandria provided counseling and crisis intervention for opioid-dependent adults, and as a social work intern in various settings focused on addiction and trauma support. Alexandria holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
